If you have received communication about participating within a SMART assessment for your company, click on the User Login button to the left of this page and then select the Participate in your Company`s Assessment button. Here you will be able to enter the userid and password that has been provided to you to begin your assessment.

If you're interested in completing a SMART individual skills assessment for your own specific needs, click on the User Login button to the left of this page and then select the Start Your Personal CareerBooster button. From here either select the New User button to enter your contact information, select your assessment components and begin your assessment or enter your userid and password that has been provided to you to continue your assessment.
